Re: The ideal 'if only one gun' carbine...
Sorry to not pick one of the many lever guns I use but if I am restricted to one this is my pick (this one is mine). It takes a common round and with the locked bolt pushes it enough to make it very effective on deer sized game out too 100 yards (I have taken 7 whitetails with it suppressed). For h...

She stated publicly that she went to North Viet Nam for the sole purpose to show her 'solidarity with the North Vietnamese' and incite public opinion here against the war. I saw her interviewed on a TV interview back in the 70s, I think '72. I don't give a darn what people have spun about her, I sa...

Anybody else remember the pic of her sitting on a NVA anti aircraft gun?
To this day she has not shown remorse for her actions.
Not even close to being a great woman - but the term "traitor" comes to mind.

Good on ya Griff. those things are pests no doubt about it. If some of y'all live in areas where it's against the law to shoot them you really should consider an air rifle. It still might not be within the law but with a suppressed air rifle who would know? A .25 cal air rifle packs a lot of punch ...

Got the radio today it`s a 1921 Aeriola Sr one tube receiver. Of coarse it didn`t work so had to go over it and found a broken wire and repaired it and now it works fine. I was very happy the tube was good because they are rare and can cost 75 bucks  https://i.imgur.com/d0LOunth.jpg?1 Video....

I loosened everything on the front of a 94 once and it made no difference, possibly made it shoot worse! I don't believe you can help such a design like that. Hey, I've got a question: For those who reload 32 Special, what bullet choices do you have? Can .323 jacketed, 170 gr, round nose bullets that Hornaday makes (presumably for milsurp 8mm rifles) also be used? Or, just the .321 jacketed, Hot-Cor flat nose bullets made by Speer? Reason that I ask is, ...
