Just about anything that shoots is worth $80. I do not like Hi-Points at all, not even their carbines but for $80, I would have a hard time walking away from that; especially since you just want to shoot it some and then give it to some new shooter who might be on a very limited budget.

That will work great except for the part where you have to shine your flashlight on your sights to get them to glow so you can line up your shot.

I'm hoping for your success in quitting. From a former smoker, I really hope that you do it. I know that it's hard, I enjoyed smoking from the first one to the last one. I've been tobacco free since 1990. You can do it, you will feel better.

The only small 22 that I have is a Beretta 950BS in .22 Short. I also have a Mosquito, a P22, a Ruger Standard and a Mark II but I don't consider them small.

Keeping affordable insurance is one very important reason that I have to go until 66 instead of retiring at 62. Retiring at 62 and keeping my current level of health, dental, vision and prescription coverage through COBRA would cost me approx $1200 a month.
