I don't think .32 Win Spcl. is the ammo of choice for terrorists and bandits, but I ordered 10 boxes of Leverevolution from Midway about 5 or 6 weeks ago now, and finally got an e-mail it was on the way a couple days ago. That is a long back-log, shows me they are working OT to keep up with sales.

The 336A is a nice piece, I lucked out a few years ago and found a real nice one in a gun store in Oregon for $125.00 in near mint shape. Goes back to about 1984 I guess, good investment for sure, as yours will be too when you look back someday.

No way I would ever sell my 86 Browning rifle. Got it for $479.00 NIB in 1986. If it weighed 12 pounds wouldn't matter, it's a special piece of iron, and I have a NIB SRC too, but the rifle is my favorite.

I was practically raised on SilverTips, shooting them in a 30-30, as well as using them exclusively in my model 71 for 40 years. I bought a BLR in .358 2 years ago, got a super deal on 20 boxes of S.T. .358's, 21.00 a box shipped, so I have a bunch of ST ammo, and have gotten a lot of game with them...

I drove gasoline transports for 42 years. Seemed like I always parked a truck tonight, got in someone elses tomorrow morning and kept going. Never could make a good living though working 40 hours a week, always 60 to 80 for me. I've had hard times, but never clear to the bottom of the barrel.

I've had a Resistol Silver Belly since about 1984, and a Stetson Rancher in Black since 2003. Both hats are like new, and I personally see little difference in quality. Both great hats.

I have a 4 inch brim Rancher in black. Geo. Bush wears that hat in the light beige color, and it is a nice hat to slap on your head. Not one I would go cut firewood in however. At least Stetson has a 7 7/8 for my big noggin.

I have favored the bigger bores mostly. 30 caliber is the smallest I want, preferring the .348, the .35, the .358, the .405, the 45-70. I've killed several deer with the 30-30, no problems there. But I detest the notion of a .243, or a .270 and their little brothers and sisters getting into my safe....

My dad just had an artificial elbow put in place, he isn't bragging about how he handled the pain, but it's better each day now after almost a month passed. Good luck on that shoulder, and sure hope the healing is fast.

Very early (1936) long tang model 71 deluxe. Kinda like a woman that a man gets familiar with--------- you learn how to hold her, and you don't lose your grip.
