My ex made lye soap once.
We'd moved from Phoenix to Buckeye, AZ and our tap water was highly alkali and untreated.
She made a big batch of beef stew using tap water and and passed it out to the neighbors as a get to know you gift.

How about these:

You have to pick the grind based on the wood:

I used to have a 5 pound single bit I bought in an old hardware store in Ellsworth, ME, they also sold broad axes. That thing threw a big chip.

Somewhere on the bottle or box should be an MSDS number or Mil Spec number or both. Post it and we'll see how much trouble you're in.

I used Blue Wonder gun cleaner on a 92 from 1894, barrel from 1929. The rifling looked shallow because of all the lead. After 2 treatments the rifling was deep and I could see fine scratches from steel cleaning rods on the lands. Use it outdoors and barrel down, lots of black goop flows out the end ...

I remember reading once that S&W top breaks that don't have the caliber marked on the barrel are BP only.
I was looking at a small top break in 38 S&W and checked the net before I committed to the purchase, then passed.

It's still apples and oranges unless you know the tire ratings for the guys getting high mileage. Are they P rated, passenger car carcase regardless of what the tread looks like, or LT rated? Within LT are different ply ratings to choose from depending on your usual load weight. https://www.tirerack...
