Had a mini 14 for half a box worth , hated how loud it was , it went. Got a NAA .22 convertible , cute gun , ca...

Re: Who bought the last guns you sold?
I sold a RUGER blackhawk .44 mag this year , and I have a 45/70 for sale now . They go tru a small ffl in monroe , nice people , I tell him how much I want out of it and he gets it done. I’m using the money to buy smaller calibers , hard kickers are no fun anymore , I really enjoy .22’s and 32’s now .

Re: Will a Lee factory crimp die help ?
Walt , I took some 115 gr fmj bullets I use for a 9mm I have , they fed just fine no set back on dummy rounds using same oal. Next I’m gonna shorten these flat nose up till they function ( if they function ) and see if I can come up with a load at that length , If that don’t work , I can shoot them ...

Re: Asking of the Brain pool here
Alliant powder’s reloading guide shows many loads with that powder , however none are buck shot loads , maybe if you match the shot charge weight it would work. Their info lists specific hulls , wads , primers, and hull lengths .Maybe give them a call. But it is on their site. I do think it will work.

Re: Will a Lee factory crimp die help ?
Thanks for the replies ,
think I’ll give the fcd a try , also by changing powders , I can go down to .960”
if nothing else works I’ll try them in 9 mm
Maybe the bodyguard is sensitive to oal.
Walt , if my dummy rounds don’t work, Ill change bullets.
