Griff, My rifle is an Armi Sport short rifle sold by Cimarron. The stove piped round is the only round standing on the carrier. Some times they might spill out instead of stove piping. I recently purchased a Cimarron 92 20 inch short rifle in 45 LC and if functions very smoothly except for occasionally ejecting /stove piping live rounds out the top. I am not slamming the lever forward, just trying to get a quick repetitive motion for CAS shooting. Ejecting live rounds doesn't work...
