I'd love to make one with an integrally-suppressed barrel. You would have to swerve the magazine tube a bit but I think that would be ok. Have to see how bullet-nose-vs-primer lines up, or use a box-magazine gun.

I don't know, but for awhile Taurus made (or at least sold under their name) copes of the Marble design for the Rossi/Puma 92's, and they were $60or so. I bought enough for all my Rossi's. They have been nice sights. So you might try to find them somewhere.

Threading a barrel doesn't affect 'balance'. Adding the suppressor does. Just put it on when the 'balance' is less important than the 'noise' - otherwise leave it off. Better yet if the gun is a fine, accurate one, slip on a 'bird cage flash suppressor' or other compact lightweight crown protector....

I shoot mostly 38 Special 'cowboy' level loads in my Rossi and Marlin leverguns, and have never had any trouble with 357 loads sticking or anything. No special chamber cleaning. Round count is probably under 3,000 for each gun in 38 Special, and 300 for 357 Mag.
