Consider transferring some of them to their 'future' owners in advance, so if the laws in the future get worse, the guns won't be seized upon your death. Another idea is a friend of mine says his wife gets the collection, since the money invested in it represented to some extent things she did witho...

My biggest question I guess is, are the Lee Dippers as accurate as advertised? At first glance, it would seem like a good idea, scoop and go. I assume it would be advisable to periodically weigh loads as well just to be sure. Thanks I've weighed 'thrown' charges from my powder measure(s) and from t...

It also died in Indiana. The SCARY thing is that in this state, the 'gunnies' are so disorganized that nobody really knew about the law to go and oppose it. OT - The right old tool beats the wrong new one.
I don't know if any of you all tap trees for syrup, but we do. In any case, the lesson of using the right tool is one we've all paid the price of forgetting: Rather than spend 15 minutes ransacking the barn for the old bit-and-brace to tap some maple trees, I decided to just grab the 100 foot extent...

.32-20 bore diameter
I have a 1980's vintage Marlin .32-20 that slugs .308 on the lands and .313 on the grooves. What size lead cast would work best for the gun? I see very few bullet molds that throw over .312, at least going by the catalogs. Next question - I've toyed with the idea of an Encore barrel in .32-20, but t...
