I use the milspecs in all my rifles. In 8mm mauser, 308's. 30-06 and 45-70. All go bang on the first try.

I went to Academy yesterday and they had 22 shells by the brick, tons of 38's,357's, 9mm's, 223's amn 500 S&W. Its was a mix of Monarch and Winchester. The 22's were Thunderbolts and I only bought 2 bricks.

I bought a box of Federal 22 bulk at the Walmart in waco for 13.88 a box only problem there was only one box left and the boys shot it up this weekend.

I have been reloading for 30 years because it was the only way I could afford to shoot, now it is the only what I can afford to let the wife and kids shoot(they can shoot a lot), I cast my own bullets, make my own 50/50 bullet lube, use military surplus powder and have enough primers to last a norma...

bought it after needing to dismantle my sons M92 357., Found it very informative and well worth the price of the video. I did the action mods and the gun is as smooth as silk now.

I buy lots of 22 lr and mags, but I have revolvers and rifles that I have had some of them for 25 years that have never had a round of store bought ammo fired from them. no it isn't insects it is a soft grey substance on the inside of the ash and it is fairly firm and stuck to the case until running it in the size.

gray ash type substance in tumbled 45 cases
is it ash from powder, residue from tumbling or what? I loaded 28 cases and got 25 grains of this stuff (I tapped it out after sizing and priming the cases). only about 25 of the cases had it, thats a lot of stuff and I worry it could cause a squib. What do ya'll think and has it ever happened to you.

I bought 5000 and if I calculated right it will come out to 41.50 a thousand, if I wasn't trying to help out family I would have passed. now I think I am just stuck with 3000 of the high priced suckers.

I cleaned up a new in box model 25 for on of my Doc's at work that the blue flocking came off and rusted on side of the gun. With flitz polish it looks ok with a freckles showing but mostly nice blue underneath. It took me 2-3 days of soaking the gun in ed's red and using wd 40 to get the blue stuff...

I used the hand press for 45-70's until I set up for them on my Dillon. I use the factory crimp also. I still load 308;s and 30-06's on the hand press when I don't want to set up the RCBS press.

My closest shot has been about 25 yards with my 45 and the longest was 225 yards with a scoped 30-06. Most of my shots are 50-60 yards with a scoped 454,

Browns gas is 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen, one liter of water makes 1600 liters of Browns gas. Will it help fuel milage, I don't know but I am having some good cheap fun trying .When it is all said and done I will know weather or not it works, not just taking some ones word that it can't work.

Got it for my 12 year old and his 8 year old brother loves it to. We shot 150 rounds of 38 spl today breaking it in. My son wants it to be a close range hog gun (50 yards or so) For long range he has his 308.
