My brother in law owns the 2nd generation in 30-30 as well as the 44mag model, to me they feel fine in the hands come to POA well, and have no trouble working the lever, my only concern is the ability to find a peep sight for it. No trouble with the mag tube feed, kind of reminds me of the original ...

Getting ready to pick one of these beast up DW model 40 with the 8" barrel and heavy sleve, any one have favorite loads? Or links to where any ammo may be hiding??? AM ordering brass and dies as we speak, but Remington stopped production a few years ago.

Not enough info from the video to really say what or how, we shows those type of vid's for years at roll call to reinforce no such thing as a standard traffic stop, the job has just gotten harder as the years have gone by, me personally if the cruiser was still in gear I would have pinned the bastar...

Well consider that its a 26" barrel with the rifled choke, not so bad, be interesting to see how the others are/ will do. Wonder if any of the better Sabot rounds would work better with the rifled tube?

THe Tar's I have owned in the past where stuff plain and simple with the exception of their Model-85 snubbies, their so called quality control and ISO ratings aren't worth the paper and ink written with Charter has had ups and downs but the 44spl and 22 mag kit gun they make have been fine preformer...

I carried an old Rossi 92 pre safety that was done up in the scout as a truck gun for a long while, best svope I found short of a quality red dot was a Sighton Shot gun 1x for great for every thing out to 100 meters

Hope the ban is lifted have spoken with several small farmers down my way with surplus horses, and it ain't as easy as it used to be to get rid of them, besides horse meat is pretty good, have enjoyed each time it was served

ONe thing about Olathe boots , they are what i wear just about every day both pairs made of Elk hide, the "last" are heavy and appear to be made for riding, they fit me fine but I understand that if you lean toward flat feet they don't.

If it was in reserve , just proves to me the good guys where either stone crazy or fearless, they all knew Barrow carried and used modified B.A.R.'s, even found a cut down one in the car according to what I have read.

Have all ways used the Lee dies, formed all mine from 45-70 started off with 40-65/38-56 then to 33 have never lost any brass yet, had to trim a tad, but then used a light load of 5744 some wading and corn meal and a waz plug and its worked fine

Mom has one and keeps it loaded with the 32 Colt N&P wadcutter rounds we load for her, and when she takes to driving she goes with the mag loads, couldn't get it away from if we tried and shes' 84 now

Mostly because the Colt fit his hand better, the S&W thin grip allowed the handgun to, well I wouldn't say it the way he did but it wiggled.The Colt he felt was a more rugged revolver and was better built at the time
