Thats a Great picture Flint! Great Rifle. I'm not seeing many Fox Squirrels here anymore. There have been many reports of Fishers making a comeback in Ohio and sure enough my Neighbor saw one crossing our road last summer. I had to look them up on youtube and they are death on Squirrels.

Good for You!! That Valmet is a High Quality Gun. My "Grail" gun is a 20 ga Browning Auto 5 shotgun, Everytime one shows up at a decent price I miss them.

When I had a constant threat nearby I carried at home and had three loaded shotguns in the house and one in the garage. now that He went "away" I have eased up a bit. dealing with someone on big drugs is a full time threat. Keith said "when You need a Gun You need it badly ".

Seems I read somewhere they were going to come out with one in .44 special - 44-40 dual cylinder. I don't mind the rough look of the gun as a working tool but I can't stand the way they mated the brass grip frame to the back of it above the Grips. UGH!

Very Nice!! I have killed many Deer here in Ohio with slugs over the years ,one that is memorable was a Big Doe that offered a Texas Heart shot at 50 yards. the slug traversed the length of Her body and I found it under the skin at the base of the neck. That's a Good looking job.

I can just imagine what will be next....walking sticks, canes, frog gigs, fish spears, sharpened garden hoes and what damage could be done with a golf club or a base ball bat. archery is probably heavily regulated as well. what a shame these people get voted in office.

I'm not a Coot....I'm a COG .Certified OLD Geezer. I showed up here in 2000, then when they re-did the forum All had to sign up again . I have Marlins in many calibers and haven't had trouble getting decent groups. :D .

I have a RWS 350 magnum, it's a beast weighs about 8lb and cocking effort is 45 lbs. I have the usual Crossman pellets and wally world also had some Ruger 17gr on the shelf. One of the local gun shops had the H&N pellet assortment and I grabbed it. very interesting to shoot different ones. Momma...
