Re: 310 kit for .38 Special
I still load with mine occasionally. Dad started me out with the 310 tool about 1956. I loaded thousands of .357 Magnums and .38 Specials with it up into the 1960's. When I got out of the Army in 1969 I bought a new loading tool .. the Lee Loader! I had just bought a then new Ruger Blackhawk in .30 ...

Perhaps if Mr. Baldwin would have taken an NRA Firearms Safety Course instead of spending his time trashing the NRA and pushing for more gun bans he would have checked the gun the moment it was handed to him.

Looks like another copy of the Marlin designed guns. Can't anyone come up with their own designs anymore? Nope. It's too expensive. Cheaper just to copy a proven design. And if you go into the history of leverguns there are a lot of different designs that were tried. Marlin and Winchester dominated...

Re: Hawes Western Marshal .45 Colt
That is coming along nicely. Years ago my Dad had Hawes in .357 and 44 Magnum. They were all accurate and held up well. I think the worst trouble he had was the firing pin screw loosening from time to time. However, like most single actions, the ejector rod housing screw tends to loosen and sometime...

There is always hope. It's one of the Big Three. And there are more good people out there than bad people. The good people don't usually get the press, nor do a lot of them want it. Goodness rarely makes the news. But it is what keeps life worthwhile.

There were those who warned that shooting .45 Colt brass in the 454 Casull would ruin the cylinder or wreck the gun in other ways. In the mid-80's 454 brass was unobtainable and Paco and I shot thousands of rounds of HEAVY .45 Colts through our Casulls without any damage. Like Gunny said, if you cle...

The flame cutting was a problem created by people who did not understand what was going on and how it worked. It was a self-limiting issue that could only go so far.
