My two favorite calibers. :) Agree, you need to be a reloader for the .358. The .358 definitely has the cool factor going for it; I like the fact every Bill and Bob in the woods does not have one. I like that meat damage is probably going to be less. I got a recent BLR in .358 because I figured I'd ...

Ya just can't blame the Mortgage Companies. Well, I can. Just because some no-account wants a mortgage, doesn't mean a bank has to give it to them. Woops, correction. The government, in its wisdom, detected "discrimination" in lending practices, so they have been regulating banks for year...

The Oregon version of this law has an interesting history. In the early days there were no good roads going north to south. So, there was a period of time when the ocean beach was used as the north-south highway! It just stayed in the public domain after that. I guess I don't have a lot of sympathy ...

There are only 10 (or some such number) different plots for Hollywood movies.
I just had the same experience when watching "I am Legend". The whole thing about the main plot line, the man-made virus that goes awry, is ripped off almost intact from the Serenity movie.

I have a Bearcat. It gets top marks for cuteness but it is a "gunsafe queen". Reason: I have not found it to be accurate, even for my low standards (in a handgun). I beveled the front sight so that is not the issue (a curve in the back side of a sight makes for less consistency in sighting).
