Nope. I still save money and make money off it. I wrote them and complained, but I probably made a thousand bucks there last year just goofing around. I refuse to go to walmart or the mall, and if I can't find what I want from a locally owned business I'll often save the gas and go to ebay. Buying f...

I have always thought that I must surround myself with as much happiness as possible to stay healthy. I do not feel that I could work in the penal system in any position. If I surround myself with feces, some is bound to get on me. My fear is that I can't wipe it all off and it'll build up over time...

A man appeared before St. Peter at the pearly gates. "Have you ever done anything of particular merit?" St. Peter asked. "Well, I can think of one thing," the man offered. "Once, on a trip to the Black Hills out in South Dakota, I came upon a gang of high-testosterone bikers...

Win 1886 Trigger Pull ?TEMPORARY FIX?
The strip I've settled on is .013" x .040" x ~hammer width. Super Glued it to the flat on the hammer just in front of the sear notch. The strip is narrow enough to allow the sear to glide into the notch - it is slightly narrower than the flat of the hammer. I cut it off a feeler gauge with...

:D :D :D :D I was baiting ya TT Someone had cut a thin strip of the proper thickness feeler gauge and attached it to the hammer just in front of the sear notch. It worked perfectly to set trigger pull. They had done it as a temporary try to determine the perfect sear notch depth. Apparently it worke...

Don't forget the exit pupil needs to match your eye for ease of use. In low light, your eye's pupil is ~7mm. 6x7=42 4x7=28 I've been reading a bunch on scope choices recently and don't think I need more than 4x in any situation I'll run across. (I do have a nice old Tasco 4-12 x 40 Adjustable Object...
