Yep I was involved in a Sword arch once for one of the guys I instructed with. But since his new bride was in the Army we had to for go the tradition of the new bride getting a swat on the backside with the flat of the last mans sword. This is reserved for brides that are new to military life. Grea...

Wolves are prolific reproducers and will devour any thing edible in their territory. The only natural limit on their population is starvation.....and that will only kick in when all the deer, elk, rabbit, etc are gone. That is not opinion.....that is sceintific fact. If you want a large population ...

Yes, I've been on the border. And I've been in the tunnels. And yes, I still believe a fence system with teeth will work. Did I say with 100% perfection? No, not once. But I do believe it will shut things down to a far more manageable level almost instantly. Charles, I bow to your 60 years of border...

I am anti-fence and anti-free fire zone. I don't believe the fence is a workable solution and the shoot on sight is immoral. If I thought the fence would one of the key pieces in a solution I would be pro-fence. I don't consider the fence to be a moral issue..it is just a waste of money that requir...

To be sure, I'm NOT talking about execution as depicted in the Vietnam vintage photo. I'm talking about clearly marked and posted warnings. A double layered fence with a clearly understood no-man's land. Let the cards then fall where they may. IF they were to make it through and be captured on our s...

All of the border cities, the University of Texas ... are plantiffs in these law suits. Why does that not suprise me? I carried a cocked and locked 1911 most of my law enforcement career. But, I would not recommend it. It is an expert's gun and it is a fine gun for gunfighting. But police officers by and large are not properly trained to be gunfighters like some of the elite groups cited here. I love cops, but mos...

I would drop the idea, if I were you, unless you are going to propose that only the elite will be allowed to carry them. The 1911A1 is a real pistolero's handgun, and the average cop is not a pistolero . I carried one in the Navy, and the standard protocol is hammer down on an empty chamber. You wi...

ElMac, I am saying they moved the media so far back as a hope that they wouldnt be able to film much. I respectfully disagree about ATF or FBI agents driving those vehicles. The military played a bigger role then they want people to know. Dont forget before this happened they forced all the media to move a long ways off making camera shots very hard.
