Fun gun to shoot. It is accurate enough to really force you to work on your skills but if you do you can get some nice groups out of it.

I have a solution for these type of mice.

Precision air rifle
Patience
A dark dim spot
Peanut butter
A pellet landing spot (trap)

Mix together with a bit of distance between you an the peanut butter and pretty quickly you can have your problem solved.

Mine is an 8" non-slotted. Excellent shooter.

I use exclusively 4227 in mine and lately it has been with 180 and 200 grn lead bulles. Check your manual but somewhere in the range of 20 grns is a good start.

You can tell if it is alcohol gas or real gas by your mileage. I found that Cimarron makes 92 takedowns and I have been quite pleased with my Cimarron 1860 Steel framed so I would probably go with them. Besides they are in Texas here so I keep the business in the state.

I read it that you are doing 5.5 grns of unique with a 158.

By todays standards that is a hot +P load and close to the FBI load. You are probably duplicating it.

I shoot 5.0 grns of Unique with a 158 lead swc and have shot them for about 30 years with no problems. Great load.

I went all adcom back in the day and then Magneplaner speakers. The Maggies want horsepower so I went individual amps for each side so I am running 3000 watts a side with 1000 watt subwoffer.

There is nothing like the sound of Magneplaner's when you feed them a good clean signal!

I screwed up and they owe me money. Only $650 but I hate the thought I have given them an interest free loan for a year.

Truly amazing to me that I pay twice as much in taxes as my whole salary 20 years ago. Astonishing how much money they take from me.
