Gary, nope but I've met a few other Staleys in my travels. Lots in Green River Wyoming, some in Jackson Hole. The family has a long history of running.. Started in the early 1700s in a little town Staley Bridge near Derbe (Darbey?) England. Staleys left there for the new world for religious freedom...

The pronghorn (pronunciation: /ˈprɒŋˌhɔːrn/)[3] (Antilocapra americana) is a species of artiodactyl mammal indigenous to interior western and central North America. Though not an antelope, it is often known colloquially in North America as the American antelope, prong buck, pronghorn antelope, or s...

Is antelope meat more related to deer meat or goat meat? According to jnyork (Junior): Neither one. Pronghorns are not related to goats or deer, they have no relatives in the animal world with the exception of a tiny bit of DNA shared with giraffes, of all things. I have one of the SteathCams also. It has worked very well for me. Not sure of the model, but it cost me less than $100 when I got it a few years ago. Takes good pictures both day and night and nice little videos. Sounds like Les got a better deal at 2 for $100.

I always process my own game meat. My wife and I really like antelope. I just cooked up some small backstrap steaks last week, very tender and tasty. We like our meat quite rare. Hey guys: I thought that diesel actually provided more energy than gasoline so I did a short Google search. The first site I saw showed that diesel provides 113% of the energy of gasoline (which is 100%). Therefore, maybe it is reasonable for diesel to be more costly. This comparison, however, doesn...

One question: did you have the date set correctly for the bear pic? Seems like the bear should have been in hibernation and there should have been some snow (maybe?) in early January.? Of course anything's possible these days with our screwed up weather.
