I just got a text about the alert... All's well, it was just a test... as I sat here with my cap n ball revolvers... Well, it was a 11 hour job... but it appears fixed. Main 1" line in tees off to the house & continues to the barn. Tee broke. Then my digging with the excavator broke some pipe. Actually made putting new pipe in easier. It didn't rain starting @ 4am like the forecast predicts! My son did mo...

I love my LowWall in 45 Colt! With its 24" bbl. it has far more potential than I've put it to so far.

I've only owned one firearm compatible with the .44Spl, a 1969 Winchester 94 in .44 Magnum. I only owned it for a year & a half before it was stolen, purchased while overseas in 1972, stolen during the spring of 1974. In Magnum brass, it was frustrating with Keith style cast, but loved JHPs. It ...

I'[ve found that to be really dependent on the particular gun. Seldom do any of my 1911s (only auto-loaders I have), run reliably at such low pressures. With a change in springs more reliability can be had. If a stock gun, just run ammo that mimics factory loads. Usually need not be max.

My usual pair of Colt SAAs both wear a 4-¾" bbl. I haven't shot at paper in the last 10 or 15 years... so I couldn't tell you. I do know that m7 7-½" Colt SAA is not any more accurate... I can tell you it punches smaller holes, only being a .357, vs. the pair of .45s!
